(software) Why is the Bluetooth connection icon disabled |
1. Check that the Bluetooth USB adapter is inserted into your computer
2. Check that the Bluetooth USB adapter is correctly recognized by your computer. To do so go into start > control panel > system > hardware > device manager and check that you have "Silicon Labs CP210x..." under COM and LPT ports
3. Check that the Bluetooth USB adapter icon on the lower right hand corner of the FreeJump software is blue (if gray, repeat steps 1 & 2)
4. Check that you have the license.txt file in the FreeJump installation folder on your computer
